Questions about how the app works

What do I do if I can't sign in?

If you are having difficulties signing in make sure you:

  • Check that your email address is correct (and the same as the one you used when you signed up to Little Oxford)
  • Try selecting to ‘Reset Password’ and following the instructions to reset this

If you are still unable to access your account you can get in touch with us by completing the cutsomer support form.

How do I reset my password?

If you already have an account and want to reset your password you can select the ‘forgot your password’ button and follow the prompts to rest.

If you have any issues with this, make sure you have done the following:

  • Check that your email address is correct (and the same as the one you used when you signed up to Little Oxford)
  • Check that your password reset session hasn’t expired. You will need to reset your password within 24 hours of the time you requested a password reset. If your password reset session has already expired, please request a new one. In order to reset your password again, go to the Parent Zone in the app (in the top left of the screen) and click on ‘switch account’. After that, you will be directed into the sign in window, where there’s a ‘forgot your password?’ button.
  • Check that you are accessing the link on a mobile device with a supported browser, and with the most up to date version of Little Oxford as well. You might want to try another browser if your current browser does not work.

If you are unable to resolve the issue you can get in touch with us by completing the cutsomer support form.

What should I do if the camera features don't work?

Some of the AR and 3D features in the app can be affected by the levels of light and the surroundings. If the AR features are not working, try using a different surface (i.e. the floor or table) or part of the room when scanning, or try changing the lighting level in the room. Unfortunately, sometimes these things can impact on the Augmented Reality tools we use and can make the images shake.

You may also want to check that you have enabled access to the camera in your app settings on your device, and make sure that you have a strong internet connection.

If you are still having issues with the camera and camera features you can get in touch with us by selecting ‘contact us’ in the app and completing the customer support form.

What can i do if the app isn't working properly?

If something in the app is not working as it should, please check the following:

  • Make sure that you have the latest version of the app and a strong internet connection. Check the app is completely closed and then restart it. Check to see if this has resolved the issue you were experiencing.
  • If that doesn’t work, please reinstall the app. Once reinstalled, ‘Restore Purchases’ in the app store, or if you’re registered with Little Oxford (via the sign up button in the app), log in with the same details to access your purchases.
  • If you have any issues after reinstalling the app, select ‘contact us’ in the app and this will take you to the cutsomer support form. If you complete this on the device it will include your User ID and other auto-generated details that will help us look further into the issue. Please also indicate the subscription type purchased.
